HOW TO PAY
Step by Step on How to Order & make payment
ONE
Copy and paste the ‘Order Now‘ form to your email, fill it up and send it to us at hairyjellyfish@gmail.com

Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice by email stating the price and our account details.
THREE
a. If you are paying by Maybank Internet Banking Transfer, we recommend that you should printscreen/screencap the page indicating transaction successful for your own record, and please notify us too.
b. If you are paying by Direct Deposit from ATM, keep the receipt and send us a picture of the receipt.
FOUR
Upon receiving the full payment, we will deliver your package within 3 working days.
FIVE
After we delivered your package, we will send you an email with tracking code from PosEkspress, so that you can monitor your package from http://www.pos.com.my

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. First come, first serve basis. Should there be no word from you for 48 hours, all items will be released automatically. In the event that your item is sold out by the time payment has been made, you can request a change of order, or a refund.
2. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. All items are new and in good condition.
4. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
6. Payment must be made within 48 hours of item confirmation. All postage fees shall be paid by the buyer.
7. Once orders are confirmed, no backouts please. Buyers who backout will be blacklisted. If you happen to have a change of mind, do let us know early.
8. Actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.
10. HeyJay! will not be held responsible for damages or lost packages during deliveries.
